Nexus Plumbing covers Massey for plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying: repairs, hot water, blocked drains and renovation work. Certifying tradespeople, upfront pricing, and no call-out surprises.
Massey is our own back yard, and it is where we do more leak work than anywhere else in Auckland. Most of it is the kind that does not surface where the water is actually coming from: a nail driven through a pipe behind the lining that only began weeping once it rusted, a mains line nicked when a concrete driveway went in that took years to finally let go, a low pressure cylinder that emptied into the subfloor. When the source is not obvious we bring in leak detection rather than opening walls on a guess.

From our job book
The Massey leaks we get called to are mostly the ones nobody can see. A nail through a pipe in a wall during a reno, or a supply line weeping into a ceiling cavity, and the first sign is a soft patch of plasterboard weeks later. We find it, cut out that section, and pressure test before the lining goes back on, because the only way to know a repair has held is to put the system under pressure and watch the gauge sit still.
Straight answers
No call-out fee. The first hour on site covers both the work and getting to Massey, because the standard travel fee is included in it. After that we bill in fifteen minute increments. There is no minimum-hours rule and no after-hours loading during business hours.
Usually, yes. We work across Auckland every day, and Massey is on the round regularly rather than being a special trip. For a burst pipe or no water at all, ring rather than fill in the form, and we will tell you on the phone whether we can be there today instead of booking you in and leaving you waiting.
Yes, all three. Everything we do in Massey can be signed off, and the paperwork stands up for a council inspection, an insurer or a property manager. Our rates are published in full on the rates page rather than quoted on the day.
