Nexus Plumbing covers Bayview for plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying: repairs, hot water, blocked drains and renovation work. Certifying tradespeople, upfront pricing, and no call-out surprises.
The Bayview job worth warning people about is the small line, not the big one. A feed running to an under-bench water filter let go here and soaked the floor and the garage below it before anyone noticed, because nobody thinks of the filter line as plumbing. If you have a filter or a fridge water connection, that little pipe and its valve are part of your plumbing and they age like everything else.

From our job book
Some Bayview properties are on tank water or septic rather than town services, and that changes the plumbing completely. There is no mains pressure to fall back on, the pump becomes the most important thing in the house, and a blocked or overloaded septic field is not something a plunger will fix. If you are on tank or septic, say so when you ring. It changes who we send and what goes on the van.
Straight answers
No call-out fee. The first hour on site covers both the work and getting to Bayview, because the standard travel fee is included in it. After that we bill in fifteen minute increments. There is no minimum-hours rule and no after-hours loading during business hours.
Usually, yes. We work across Auckland every day, and Bayview is on the round regularly rather than being a special trip. For a burst pipe or no water at all, ring rather than fill in the form, and we will tell you on the phone whether we can be there today instead of booking you in and leaving you waiting.
Yes, all three. Everything we do in Bayview can be signed off, and the paperwork stands up for a council inspection, an insurer or a property manager. Our rates are published in full on the rates page rather than quoted on the day.
